Hello everybody. This is Phil here, your color analyst and train conductor when PK goes off the rails on a rant. I am the oldest host on the podcast as I recently passed my 20s and crossed into the life of a 32 year old. I was born and raised in Buffalo, a little more specifically, Amherst.
As long as I can remember I have been a Bills, Sabres, Bandits, and Blizzards fan...the Blizzards don't exist anymore, I apologize. I can't remember the last time I didn't watch a Bills game on Sunday or now Monday or Saturday or Thursday? As far as the Sabres go I have followed the team for quite a long time. I'll admit I was upset when Miller took the starting job from Biron, glad he proved me wrong. I have been a bandits season ticket holder for 10+ years now and I was at the championship game when there was a horse on the field, yeah, that happened. The Bisons were a lot of fun to follow this year with one of their best seasons in a long time and I can't wait to keep up with them moving forward.
As for my sports career I played baseball and soccer my entire life. I made the varsity teams for both and played a little bit of soccer in college. I played 1 year of youth football and won a trophy. I have never played organized hockey but I have stood in net with full pads and had my bell literally rung.

What’s up everyone. I’m PK, the first voice you hear in your ears when the podcast starts up. According to Producer Pat this is where I’m supposed to tell you all about myself. Well, I’m a 32-year-old. Born and raised in North Tonawanda and moved to the wonderful Niagara Falls when I bought my own house 7 years ago. I am a married man to my beautiful wife Brooke.
We have 2 rescue dogs named Molly and Maggie who have their own Instagram page (maggieandmolly_). We are also fosters for abused and neglected dogs that come up from a kill shelter in Texas. The Buffalo Sabres were my first love and will forever be my biggest heart break. The Bills came after and have turned from another heart break, into a shining star the last 6 years. Thanks Josh. I am a STH for the Bandits. Being there for the 2023 title win is still one of the best experiences of my life.
I played High School Basketball and Volleyball but my height and skill level didn’t max out so that was the end of my competitive sports career. I do still play soccer in co-ed leagues where I’m either in net or dying from exhaustion on the sidelines. Clearly just another normal guy who talks on a podcast. But thank you all for the support. Means more then you will ever know. So, with that, let’s get on with the shows!!!
